Northouse – Introduction to Leadership – ISNB/ISSN 9781452259666, which is publicly available through SAGE Publications at https://edge.sagepub.com/system/files/chapter_3_self-assessment_0.pdf, and was translated into Spanish by the researcher for academic and linguistic adaptation purposes, based on the Spanish translation referred to the version attributed to SAIF (codes S1094 and SAIF 06.21), publicly available for academic and training use at https://www.saif.com/Documents/SafetyandHealth/Leadership/S1094_SP_Leadership_styles_questionnaire.pdf, which use were permitted  by Sage Publications, Inc., and SAIF. Section C includes additional statements, developed by the researcher, to assess transformational and transactional leadership styles, which are not included in the original LSQ. The adaptation maintains the structural consistency of the original instrument, ensuring the applicability of the same analytical framework. 

           “This study uses part of a questionnaire developed by SAGE Publications, combined with additional items created by the researcher. By clicking ‘Agree,’ you acknowledge that the original items are reproduced under license and that your participation remains anonymous.” 
This avoids forcing participants to parse dense copyright language while still satisfying SAGE’s requirement.
